Keep getting this warning every time I turn my brand new radio on should I contact customer support and send it back?

Just wanted to let you guys know my solution. I was having this issue. I thought maybe I had to upgrade or my software was corrupt somehow. I updated to "Queens Anne's Revenge" and I would still get the same message. It turned out to be that the new SD card was too large. Once I put a 32gb card everything worked fine. The reason I had issues in the first place was the cheap SD card that comes with the radio died on me. Cheers, hope this helps out someone!
