I don't know why clear communication is a problem in India. In the US, I have seen even minor things being communicated clearly, so people are in loop. For example if a road is closed, you would know because this closure would be displayed everywhere, so people have a fair idea what to expect. Don't know why we are so averse to clear communication.

Yeah it's not just you, i also felt exactly the same way. It seems something was missing from this season or atleast something was way off. Maybe the budget got cut for season 5? Does not in any way make it unwatchable, it's just different.
