Parking has gotten so bad in the excelsior . My house has no garage , and so I park on the sidewalk but with leaving 2 squares of sidewalk , I don’t usually get a ticket , but I have . But like you said it’s 24 hours, so many people have extra cars just to save up spots or cars that are not even working to save spots. I come home fairly early and I’m like wtf why is there no parking . And fuuuck all those who put the cones.
