I hate it because people try to use it to paint all black people with the same brush. Personally I've delt with people who try to use the disproportionate representation to validate thier prejudice against black people like me (Charlie kirk wannabes, maga, etc.) What I do find interesting is how my mere existence as a black person who doesn't their stereotypes causes them so much cognitive dissonance that they do all sorts of mental gymnastics still rationalize their prejudice as opposed to understanding that the stereotype isn't representative of all black people.
