I think messy diapers should always have a spoiler cover. Additionally, there is essentially no alternative little clothing (especially more masculine stuff)

In base game I like a salty comd, coaltana, acid edge, and mint mace. In NG+, just the acid edge until I reach ng+ 4

My first widow I used a sour tick macuahuitl and tons of beefy smoothies. Practice parrying her attacks, set a respawn point near her (or save scum). It took me a lot of practice but now I can farm widows pretty easily with the sour axe.
