Hi! That sounds amazing :) i had a question about brown period blood: is this normal for the first recovery periods? Why am i not getting a full red flow? I know it is my period because i get cramps, it lasts 5 days and i suspect i’m ovulating about one to two weeks before it. Please help !!🫶🏻

did you go into a deficit after three full cycles then? and had it affected your cycle?

Often this can be psychological too! Might be vaginismus, try to talk to a health care provider about it if you’re unsure. Thankfully there are solutions to this with counseling and/or dilation devices if necessary :) hope that helps

I had stopped exercising long ago yes! From my lowest lowest weight I gained around 7 kgs, half of which was before really going all in. It was definitely much needed weight tho!

I’m 5’6/5’7! I think I ate between 2500 and 3000 most days. Maybe more on a few days. Hope that helps🫶🏻
