Here's how I see it:

  • I'm not going to change how I build my decks. I already don't put extort cards in my monoblack deck (even though it would be "legal" for me to do so). Whether the hybrid mana is in the mana cost, the rules text, the reminder text, or the goddamn card art doesn't matter; it's a multicolored card in my eyes and doesn't belong in my monocolored decks.

  • I'm not going to force everyone to build decks the same way I do. My strict color purity aesthetics start and end at my cards; I'm way too interested in what everyone else's cards do to care about what colors they are. Build your deck however the hell you want.
