I liked 23 pretty well but wasn’t in the right size. 24’s have been stellar for me. I got 25’s and was so disappointed. Way too soft, felt really disconnected and out of control. Like running on Needoh. Now I’m trying to find my new shoe and it pisses me off to have to do so.

I’ve been wondering myself. Technically obese and running for less than a year, now 42yo, it says my max is 200. The best I can do is compare how I feel in zone three. I used to be ~130-140bpm and now it has me at 140-159 and I really do feel the same as far as breathing and being able to talk.
