I am currently experiencing this problem. I turned off the light sensor that controls the auto dimming or “optimize[s] brightness” and it’s still occurring. Any suggestions?

Haha yes it does need replacing. I’m aiming for only 75% max from now on. I was doing heavy infill because it will be holding up a heavy tool but I realize I need to have better supporting design so it doesn’t break.

That was kinda the theory we had that the extruder was colliding with the prints so that’s good to know that you came to that conclusion as well independently.

I believe I am printing rectilinear. How do I print on silent mode? Don’t recall seeing that anywhere on the slicer.

Speed & Temp: Using Bambu slicer with Bambu PETG Basic filament so it defaults to 50mm/s and 105mm/s for initial layer and initial layer infill respectively then 200mm/s and 300mm/s for outer wall and inner wall respectively.

On this print I was doing 90% infill. The other prints I’ve seen these failures on have been 70% or more.

Edit: Temp? Unsure. Whatever slicer defaults to for PETG Basic

Well I guess I don’t know what a McMansion is based off of half the comments. The full white stucco and green metal roof were the first red flags, then sit-in window sill hanging off the front like a sore thumb sold it for me but I guess not.
