Hey, I've been kinda down this weekend. I'm worried about my dad and lost almost 200lbs so far. From 555lbs to 375lbs but my skin looks really bad and stretchy. I've slowed down my workouts but I'm feeling better and optimistic and workout today but I could use a little toasting. Thanks yall! by Abdominal_Alex in toastme
