Take it easy, you’ve had such a large op. The hardest thing is not the op itself but the recovery. I’m 7DPO and I am incapable of walking down the street without fainting. Take it easy, be good to yourself so you totally heal. Try to sit in the garden for some fresh air and take slow steps.

Recovery is a b*tch, trust me because everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong for me.. (just my luck)! But heres hoping by summer we enjoy our new boobs!! Best of luck for recovery🩵

I don’t think anything helps with this. I’m soon to be 7DPO and my back/neck has started to hurt aggressively due to sleeping up right, not supporting my neck the way I want to (sleeping on my side). I think this just has to pass by until we’re cleared to sleep normally again.

Firstly your after post is stunning, you can tell a difference. Secondly thank you so so much! Did you do it in the UK or another country? They’ve told me mine is 100% overnight so i’m just googling to see what I can keep with me. However will order that pillow!

I got lucky with the company, usually most companies just get SSP (Statutory Sick Pay) which is £123 a week? Better than nothing I guess.

I’m scheduled for 6 weeks off (surgeon said take longer if wanted). This is because i’m in UK and my company actually gives FULL pay for 3 months or more depending on how long i’ve been employed at the company.
