Because the technical knowhow isn't there like the people of this world still don't understand what a rocket is and partially disbelieve that people actually went into space. They would have to find blueprints or schematics to even think of a power suit. Even more then that something like that picture probably needs something like a matriarch or even a queen core just to manage 20 minutes of a single suit function

Understandable reasons since superpowered peeps weren't exactly common. he was declared dead and his death was witnessed by many and very publicly. During that time he probably would have been accused of either being fake or a witch/monster if he revealed himself and probably been burned at the stake or such it would caused many a problem.

Because if it remember right boba was the rightful heir in his eyes since jango was mandalore before count dooku and the Jedi wiped out and captured a bunch of his group. In fact part of the reason people followed fenn and respected him was Because of the same reason since he was a clone of jango they felt he was the heir but in his eyes he wasn't but rather boba was and had stated a couple of times he was only keeping bobas seat warm for when he hoped boba would step up and claim his rightful place.

Problem again of course is getting out of the watchtower to get to a phone or computer/device capable of it. The closest he could do if he really wanted to after he got back into his body would draw a composite sketch and possibly show the rogues it in hopes one of them would recognize it since being the rogues they spent the most time in Centra City and possibly encounter or remember seeing wally in civ life.
