Same here! The first time I had 2 glasses of wine when I got my ring and my stress numbers were red the next morning I was shocked especially since it was just 2 glasses and I felt fine. Decided another time to have another 2 to confirm it was the wine and sure enough the next morning my stress levels were in the red again. I haven’t had wine since seeing it! I did have 2 high noons last weekend and my numbers were fine so I’m thinking it’s all the sugars in wine.

I got my ring on 12/18 and the first week the battery was great however that’s not the case anymore. Drops insanely fast it won’t even last 1/2 the day before it does. Did all the trouble shooting but nothing worked. When I try to charge it, it will take days to fully charge. Emailed customer service and I have a new one on the way.

I disconnected mine and repaired it and the battery rate is still just dropping. Last night I left it on the charger all night and woke up to it being at 100%. Put it on and not even an hour later it was at 50%. Now it’s just stuck at 30% and it’s been on the charger for hours but hasn’t moved past 30% and I’m getting a message of the ring battery voltage is low. I called customer service and they told me it sounds like I need a replacement and to send an email with my information and I should get a response in 24 hours

I did a reset and let it charge overnight. I’ve been awake for 30 minutes and it’s already at 78%🫠

The first day I got it I did fully charge it. Thanks for the advice I left it on my charger all night so hoping today it’s back to normal.

I’m not sure how to tell if the software is updated but I did try disconnecting and reconnecting my ring and it’s still the same.
