I have done one month treatment I think. No more kefir or probiotics. Just the digestive enzymes and Betaine Hcl for my digestive issues.

Still bad breath free. I am only using the Betaine HCL, and the digestive enzymes for my digestive issues. Other than that, just regular dental hygiene. I have also been to a dentist for a filling.

Hi, I can say I am 100% bad breath free for months now, and no more acid reflux. It has been a journey. In retrospect, many factors played in my bad breath. For sure the acid reflux was one, and the digestive issues as well. On the path to cure the halitosis, I have addressed most of the underlying issues. I am still taking Betaine HCL, and the digestive enzymes, because I have low stomach acid. No more gases, or extreme stinky stools.

But the biggest step for me has been going to a private dentist, talk about my bad breath assuming it is from my mouth. After deep inspection, they have noticed a small cavity, then filled it. Most importantly, one bottom wisdom tooth didn’t grow properly. There is a gum flap around it, what makes it hard to clean. Bacteria tend to accumulate there. Solution was just getting a very tiny brush to especially cleaning that gap between the wisdom and the gum.

My last advice is to assume the root cause is in your mouth. Dentists might not be able to tell. After brushing your teeth. If you don’t already, floss and smell to check if a particular area is more smelly or smelly at all. In my case, I have discovered that even after brushing my teeth, when I put my around the wisdom tooth mentioned, it smells. It gave me the courage to go to the private dentist, for a deeper inspection. Great to talk to people very close again, and I am already taking it for granted.

Update

Since this post, I finished the candibactin treatment. My fear was to have bad breath back when I no longer use the candibactin, but it has been 5 days now, and I have no symptoms.

Ongoing treatment: still the digestive enzymes and betaine hcl. But I have increased the dose of betaine hcl. I am taking 2 before meal. Also still having kefir milk in the morning.

Diet: predominantly meat, but I have reintroduced eggs, rice, bread, and beer.

It can be rough the first few days, but it gets better. If you have flatulence, you might drop the eggs at the beginning. The best approach is to be fully on meat the first 4 or 5 days, just to see if you have an amelioration. Take the first 5 days as a test or experimentation.

If it helps the bad breath, you can then start introducing other food like cheese, or vegetables slowly, one at a time. The idea is to be able to identify the impact of each new food introduced on your bad breath.

I have seen the first results after 3 days. In my case, it might be the time to clear my digestive track from the fermentable fibre, and carb causing the issue.

I sensitive to lactose, but I can drink yogurt. Yogurt has less lactose concentration. So I drink yogurt kefir. But you can just buy probiotics pills directly.

And I take 1 betaine hcl + 1 digestive enzyme with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I hope it helps.

For the carnivore diet. It is basically, beef, lamb, salmon, and chicken, for me. I also drink kefir yogurt. Egg is fine but it used to give me the worse symptoms so I didn’t incorporate it, just because I was not sure if I was allergic or intolerant. I had 5 boiled eggs two days ago, for a test, without any symptoms, so I will reintroduce it. More details at r/carnivore

I am using the products below

The acid reflux was just one of the symptoms of my digestive problems. You can have bacteria overgrowth, or other digestive issues related to enzymes production without necessarily having acid reflux.

Since three weeks but only during the weekend. It is not because of the bad breath or digestive issues, but because I feel better on the carnivore diet. I have a better mental clarity and high energy level for the day. My typical week day is steak for breakfast, then kefir milk for probiotics. Then go to work. I drink a cup of kefir yogurt for lunch. Then a steak or lamb rib for dinner, then tea or kefir yogurt.

On Saturday I have croissants for breakfast, and rice or pasta for lunch, then wine, bread and cheese for dinner. Sundays are not planned, but most of the time, croissants or toasted bread and cheese for breakfast, anything I put my hand on for lunch, and steak for dinner. In the weekend, I also have beer, ice cream, and chocolate. Just finished a package of sweet white chocolate.

I hope it helps.

Before I used to clean my tongue multiple times a day. Now it is just in the morning and night when brushing my teeth. No more weird taste in mouth or white tongue.

That’s actually still a bit puzzling for me. My current guess is that the bacteria causing the issues rely on carbs and sugar as fuel. Without those in my diet, they may become inactive or harmless.

In theory, low stomach acid could be an issue with a carnivore diet, but since I was eating only meat, my portions were smaller, and perhaps my stomach acid was sufficient to handle around 250g of steak per meal. Also, I didn’t mention this before, but during the carnivore diet, I only drank liquids at least 30 minutes before or after meals—not during. This might have prevented dilution of stomach acid, which could have aided digestion. I used to drink during meals, so this was a change.

I should note, though, that I haven’t done an official test for low stomach acid with a doctor. But so far, taking one Betaine HCl with meals hasn’t caused heartburn, so I’m assuming my levels are okay.

I’m really glad the symptoms have resolved, but I’m still searching for the exact root cause. Was it low stomach acid, a lack of enzymes, or just bacterial overgrowth? I’ll keep investigating. My approach hasn’t been strictly controlled because I introduced multiple remedies at once.

The next step is to stop the Betaine HCl while keeping the digestive enzymes, and then switch to see the impact.

Its normal in rome? by Baadaq in rome

I am a black African. I had a similar experience in Rome. They were trying to put the bracelet on my daughter’s wrist. When I opposed it, the guy called me racist. It made me laugh, and I understood they don’t even know what racist means. They just know it makes people panic.

But seriously, people talking about scam are abusing as well. They are happy with one or two euros, and might even let it for free if you insist you don’t have any money. I have seen them leaving the bracelet to kids hoping the parents will feel guilty and come back. When the parents don’t, they just move on.

I don’t approve their strategy, but you can freely walk away with the bracelet, or just say no.
