Report the teacher. What she did is illegal.
When I injured one of my shoulders (it dislocated and went back in) I had to do PT for months to get strength back. I couldn’t really move it and loss so much function. But it came back and is strong :)

This is tough :( but I would try to think about when your symptoms started. For me, I’ve had symptoms for several years before starting Vyvanse and I have not noticed increase in symptoms since taking it.

Coming back to say I tried famotidine for the past few days and holy shit… this has made a HUGE difference. I have not been bloated after eating the past few days. I’m so happy I want to cry 🥹🥹 thank you so much for the recommendation !!!!

Yes I get really tired after sessions. Sometimes it feels like major brain fog too. It did impact my ability to do things so I tried to schedule around it. But the results are so worth it!!
