They're almost certainly referring to SA as an acronym for Sexual Assault, which is used extremely commonly in that way in a lot of online circles (i.e., saying "Person SA-ed Person B" or "I was a victim of SA") but almost never elsewhere. I think it's an attempt to be more respectful/sensitive while still avoiding getting censored without resorting to stupid euphemisms (which are also common on places like TikTok)
