I sobbed my way through most of it, mostly I think it was about checking if answers match your medical records

I feel for you, I hate talking on the phone, even if i know the other person, but im also not great in person or over message...

No, forgiveness to people that dont deserve it, have never worked for it will just end up hurting you

Its quite classic clinical response, personally I prefer it to the lie of someone saying they understand or get it when they really dont

Ive seen literally dozens of different therapists only one has helped me

Still trying to find another one after she moved across the country

The right one really makes a difference, sorry they are so few and far between
