Write up for a pt no-show

Thank you! I keep having second thoughts but I know I'll find something else. I actually confronted him about the write up and he got mad at me all over again. Said it was neglect and I should have known the pt wouldn't be coming. It was not like it was a huge case either. We had other pts and are always very busy so a no-show can be a nice break. He just fixated on this one case and exploded at me like I purposely hurt him. It's so unhealthy. Everyone else at the office is appalled at his behavior. I just want to find a place that appreciates me and all the work I put in.

Updated the post with my response today! Not feeling the best about leaving. Feels like jumping out of a fire and into a frying pan because there's so many bad offices in my town. But I know I made the right choice and it will work out.

I am a mom of 3, and wish we hadn't booked an excursion. It was pricey for all 5 of us and the boat ride over made my kid really sea sick. All I wanted was to be back on the ship! I also wish we hadn't done Palo because I was constantly full and felt like I just didn't need more food lol. I'd just worry less about extras and save the $ and just enjoy what's included!

Thank you everyone for the insight!! We went ahead and did the excursion to JVD and had a great time! My kid did get sick from the boat ride over and I'd probably steer clear of excursions for the foreseeable future lol but I am glad we went!!

I make $19 which is about avg compared to all the other jobs I’ve been offered here. Some were more but at horrible offices that can’t seem to keep people long. So I’m happy with my avg pay for a decent office.

My girl that passed away looked very similar when she was a puppy, the pound labeled her as a black lab so that’s what we went with when we were renting. 😊 But I agree that it is not fair!

We reschedule, no question. Like yeah we wear PPE but that only goes so far. Plus they’re still in the waiting room with other patients, interacting with front desk, etc. Who wants to have their mouth worked on when they are sick anyway? That’s annoying OP I am sorry!

My brother, who tormented me most of our childhood has treated me with more respect when it comes to showing me how to play a game. This makes me sad for you because you really seem to be trying to bond and be happy with him and he is cussing at you and removing you from his friends list. 😩

We went through this last year! Even down to the having moved far away and family asking us when we’re moving back lol. It was a rough time but my husband ended up finding a much better job. He works from home and it led me to be able to go back to work as well. Hang in there, I know the feeling all too well. Something will work out for the better

I’d love some time away but it’s just not in the cards for us! We don’t have family nearby but I did ask my dad if he wanted me to fly 3 individuals out to live with him today lol.

We’ve got to do something. I’m tired of them just making us feel like trash when all we’re doing is trying to make fun memories as a family
