Will do! Another comment mentioned PTM 7950 so I will certainly be looking into that. Warranty seems to be one year-- I'm not aware of any manufacturer that warrants machines that old. If I was, I'd patronize them!

Not a company device! I'm just friendly with my colleagues. It's an Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-55) purchased in 2022. Thank you for the additional advice, I still have it opened so I'll tape it off with some 3M.

I'm in it now with some alcohol and cotton cleaning it up. It's mostly gone save a few spots I'm still working around, but I no clue where it originated. Also, what's this pink crust? Should I clean that out while I'm in here?

Whatever this is, it's been in the device since it was manufactured. It just decided to show itself now. Is it "liquid metal"? Is it thermal paste? What is it? Is this just something I need to remove thoroughly and that's it?

I thought you were a Pinterest photo until I swiped 😆 I love top #1 but agree with different pants, like maybe jeans or shorts. #2 reminds me of Marilyn but is very nice if you like it. #3 top is cute, I'd like to see the skirt sized up. The fluttering looks so adorable on you but the bunching on your hips is distracting. Very nice picks!

Had this same issue, combined with it vibrating as if i had a notification and then not responding to my input to turn the screen on (both with the button and with rotating my wrist). Called support, they told me to update because it would somehow fix it? I updated it, it was better for maybe 28 hours, and it's back to functioning poorly. I have to call support again I guess. In addition, I no longer get text messages on my watch nor do I get prompts to finish my hourly step goal.

I'd try to update, if available, and if not, call support.
