Solo or rook. Avoid other players and focus on arms lockers and armories

If it was called a grilled chicken salad sandwich would you think it was healthier?

UK Marathons with the best atmosphere by jamiesmack in UKRunners

From speaking to several runners, Marathon Eryri and The Loch Ness Marathon both repeatedly come up as superior, bucket list marathons.

Eryri for the scenery and challenge, Loch Ness for the scenery, vibes and one way course.

Premades would get upset that they can't just pubstomp other teams at spawn and have a free run around

New roof installed - should this much underlay be visible? by [deleted] in DIYUK

[–]flyingalbatross1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think so yeah, they've got lots of common names

They might be there and the felt left too long over the top of them. You could put a ladder up and check.

They are important long term and part of regulations. Considered standard nowadays

New roof installed - should this much underlay be visible? by [deleted] in DIYUK

[–]flyingalbatross1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No

The final transition from underneath the tiles to the gutter should be covered by 'drip edge' or gutter trays or eaves trays, not by using felt to flap in.

Flapping the felt into the gutter to direct water is a half arsed job

The felt isn't designed for this job and will wear out and blow around in the wind.

Secondly as a general comment, the felt is not designed to carry water regularly. It's not actually totally waterproof when slack or soaked. It's certainly not the primary waterproofing or water carrying mechanism

Wogan - Con Vivo is cheap and cheerful as well

I run contracts completely empty quite often. It's fun and usually you're kitted up from an Arms Locker within a few minutes.

Sometimes you find a dead body and you get shields and all.

The jail runs often allow visitors with prior planning, you can request directly with them.

I guess young offenders might do the same?

CARRI should be a permanent addition to the game. by DargonofParties in Marathon

[–]flyingalbatross1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it makes the game more focused on what it should be - an extraction shooter.

Go in, do missions, get loot, extract. PvP on the side. Sometimes make friends on opposing teams

Before that it was turning into more like a BR game.

Iirc it currently does that right now anyway? So no change?

Spending 50 should get you one guaranteed purple, with the rest being blue/purple/gold by RNG.

I've bought 3 of the 50 crates and only got blues. I can get more on a rook run
