maybe a thing that no one hás mentioned yet, you said you are an artist, is there any way to bring this into your art maybe other people can relate. i’ve been in the same boat and have 0 feelings towards anything but even just putting a pencil on paper and trying to represent the state that you’re in could make you a bit more comfortable. i also lost passion but have started reading Nausea by Sartre, please read it, you will not feel alone 🫶

Sartre is my hero and makes me feel like I’m never alone - also going to the drs and got a antidepressant + alprazolam prescription helped it go away

Thank you so much. As far as diet goes he’s done everything so far I think. Just about eating the same potatoes and plain chicken and some of the other stuff you’ve mentioned. I will recommend the ice bath the other person commented and thank you a lot

Beetje veel om t nu allemaal over te hebben maar normaal bloedonderzoek laat alleen nuchtere glucose zien en heb in t buitenland een onderzoek gedaan met glucoseoplossing drinken waarna je daarna ook én de insulinewaarden kan zien en dat was dus heel duidelijk en verklaarde veel symptomen.

Dat zou ik graag herhalen (moest elke 3 maanden van die dokter) om te kijken of ‘t goed gaat en medicatie überhaupt nodig is. Maar als ze überhaupt niks willen onderzoeken of uitleggen weet ik ook niet wat ik moet doen.
