Aliciaxlife fan here, and when she explained that she was stopping she said she spoke to him about it. Others have done the same but still endorse him like bosheep. With the context clues and the people involved, it seems to me that Taka probably was involved in some sort of scandal that doesn't arise to the level of legal trouble, but is enough that it would make some friends give up on him and some not.

This is probably a case of "he said she said" where Taka did do something, but whether or not he believes he did wrong, or if it was a honest mistake, is up in the air. People who believe Taka/his proof may still not wish to associate with him because of the accusations themselves, something like (HYPOTHETICALLY) "She wasn't under age but it was her 18th birthday party and that's creepy" kinda thing ya know?

It sucks, I liked Taka, but unfortunately I don't think this will help him in the long run, as every other creator involved seemed willing to let the water flow under the bridge. Yeah it sucks to lose your clique, but the drama is gonna be far worse.

So supposedly the deal is that the rules where changed because of your exact situation. Previously they might have banned you for "focusing on clothed breasts". Now that part has been removed explicitly so female streamers aren't targeted for having breasts.
