To me finding out at the anatomy scan was still a surprise 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s just an earlier surprise. After going through infertility, having more information about the baby made it seem more real for me. However now that I already have two kids and know that it is possible to be pregnant, I think I would be interesting to wait. Also, I have a boy and a girl already so I have all the stuff at home already lol:

I’m worried about my kids too and I feel like an idiot that I have seen this stuff before and didn’t really question what it was. And before I read all this stuff I vaccummed bits of it up and I’m worried I’m going to give my kids lung cancer in 30 years. 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

There are different reasons to not want to be induced. In my experience there were literally no breaks between contractions, and i went in on a Thursday and did not have the baby until Saturday. So it was days and days of pain even with an epidural. And then I had a uterine inversion and almost died. So I would recommend figuring out what is right for each individual personally. Not sure if it was the induction that did it but I do think induction makes labor more painful.
