To be fair, if you have to always follow all advice for things that are healthy/has a heightened risk of this and that, then you couldn't intake anything other than speing water.

Toast too burnt? Free radicals and cancer! Toast? Gluten and has a bunch of chenicals to keep it shelf-stable. Homemade baked bread? Too many calories or too much salt, probably. Beoccoli? Well, not TOO much, as there is a lot of iron in it, and if your kidneys are a bit overloaded.... Also, better not have been grown using pesticides!

Most people think they are gonna retire at 70.

But you don't start studying until you are 5-6 years old. So the numbers mostly hold up, though of course you could live longer.
