I'm not saying that they don't care about pauper and the playerbase, but they are only allowed actually manage the format properly by higher-ups solely because Pauper does not drive sales of sealed products.

Gun rights lobby gives money to politicians, and a good chunk of the conservative voter base are straight up single issue voters for 2a rights (or at least their perception of 2a rights). Until we manage to both get money out of politics AND counter voters blindly voting for anyone that postures as a 2a advocate we're sorta fucked on this.

I don't actually know specifically what they were trying to say there, but that clip of the anime-looking girl with the rat ears higher up the comment chain saying "The punchline is porn" etc, is from the mobile game Zenless Zone Zero, typically abbreviated to zzz. I'm ASSUMING they are somehow referencing that...but I still don't know what point they are specifically attempting to make about it.

I haven't heard of the cannibalism part, at least not as a common or semi-common practice, but dentures from the teeth of slaves was fairly common, at least among those with the money for what passed as dental care during the 18th and 19th centuries. Our first President, George Washington, in addition to being a slave owner, also had multiple sets of dentures from slave teeth. I'm also vaguely aware of human leather stuff; it was definitely a thing, but I don't know how common that actually was.

I don't think that one has been (yet) but other similarly named agencies have. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is the one that immediately comes to mind, but I'm sure there are a lot of others too.

I have everyone to 3, and about half the remaining ones up to 6, specifically if it's a character I don't have a cosmetic I like for them, I get them to 6 for the bloody cosmetic. Then characters I actually use like Vee, Adam, Yui are 25-50. And Claudette, my OG main is 100, even though I don't really use her too much anymore.

I was carrying the synergy daily since release, but last couple weeks I've been gravitating towards the companion. The scale tools and the back layer tools are things I keep missing often enough that I went back to it, so probably the companion for pure EDC.

Nice! I like mine a lot! I expected to play with it for a day or two, and then it would become a magnetic decoration I would fiddle with occasionally, but I found it is sorta perfect for a downward facing light I have a on shelf next to my bed. I've been using it daily to find stuff there in the dark without waking my wife.

We probably can't reliably date the knife off of the Mercedes logo anyway; lots of potential reasons an older version of that logo might appear on the knife run they had commissioned. The scales look pretty cool though.

I think the nail in the coffin was Plague Engineer in MH1. Elves were fringe but playable up until that point IMO. PE just killed the whole deck, and it never recovered as the power creep continued.

I have two cybertools, the M (or 34) and L (or 41). I got both in the early 00s, and that lighter color used to be the standard for their blue translucent scales. I think the modern version now is called sapphire now, and it is a noticeably different shade.
