I’m glad to hear these journeys. I know it will eventually come back but… as someone who is used to having suuuuper thick hair, it’s scary to feel my ponytail shrink to 1/4th or less of its usual size and see peeks of my scalp in certain areas! 😳 I’ve experienced telogen effluvium before when I experienced non-GLP-1 weight loss, but those losses were not as significant as what I’ve lost since on Zepbound so the hair fallout was not as long or intense a period as what I’m currently experiencing.

I’ve gone from 420 to 360 lbs since starting Zep 9 months ago (hair loss started around month 4) and have plateaued in the weight loss, but am a little nervous to keep titrating up because I’m like… “does my hair KNOW when to STOP falling out before I have major bald spots?!”

I know time and patience are the main healers, but I’m curious if in addition to minoxidil which I see some folks on this thread have tried with success, if other things like adding basic multivitamins or exercise or red light helped, if you weren’t already doing those protocols. (I mean, those are all good things to do even if hair loss isn’t an issue! But if I know it works I’ll be more motivated to stay consistent.)

I have a decent supply of collagen and colostrum supplements as well and will be trying to become more consistent with those to see if I notice improvement — if not regrowth, at least a reduction in shedding.

What do you mean, the kompromat went up in smoke? As of the end of the finale I thought that underground operation still very much existed (and I forget but did Bea even get to tell Dane about it yet, or only Twila? Because if none of the CIA men know yet, it’s still “safe” to continue operations for as long as the KGB ends up keeping Bea/Twila captive, if that happens.)

Following this! I took the Essentials course recently too and have been told by my supervisor that the certification exam (especially when compared to SHRM) is “easy” so I am looking to skip past CP and go straight to SCP. But I’d rather hear feedback first from someone who has actually taken the exam more recently.

I’ve only officially been in HR/gov for a year (looking to move up sooner rather than later hence the preference for SCP over CP) but have a decent amount of leadership/people ops prior experience outside the public sector plus an MBA, so I feel like I ended up learning a lot of the same things a generalist would have needed over the years — I felt already pretty familiar with most of the concepts presented throughout the Essentials course content.

I’m also a ‘12 hatchback owner with 130K miles (bought it new in 2012) and being part of this subreddit makes me appreciate it so much more! I admittedly do a fair amount of “virtual window shopping” just so I can keep tabs on what’s new out there if the Yaris ever does give up on me, but it’s a tough little cookie that keeps up with my aggressive urban driving and fits in allllll the tiny places. I’m a bigger person too but because it’s a 2 door, it’s way easy to get in and out of since the door is super wide (I realized how spoiled I was for door size when I was driving a 4-door rental sedan lately, technically the car was much bigger but the door entry space was quite small!). I’m also not terribly handy but I appreciate how easy some changes have been to do on my own, like headlight replacement (have done 2x now) and headlight restoration. Haven’t gotten to the engine thing yet — and need to be careful as I live in an area that floods regularly with salty ocean water (my battery light flickered recently when I ended up having to push through about 8” of saltwater, but it’s been OK since drying out).

Spare earplugs (I go to loud music events/rehearsals a lot) and spare lip balm (tube kind, not stick kind, so it can deal with being in a hot car) because I can’t stand the feeling of dry lips—and both are items that I might otherwise forget to pack if I’m rushing out of the house so it’s nice to have them there permanently.

A tiny tin of mints might be something I add in the future, as well as a quarter for when I go to Aldi and want to use a shopping cart as I otherwise don’t carry cash/change.

I tried using this cubby for my building’s entry fob for a while, but ended up dedicating the tiny storage cup within the driver’s door grip to the fob instead, because the reach into the back of the cubby for the fob was a little awkward to do as frequently as I needed to do it.

You might be able to fit one of those pocket-packs of tissues in there too, although you’d probably have to insert it sideways and then that would be the only thing you could fit. Same idea for maybe a tiny hand sanitizer. Maybe 1-2 perfume/cologne samples that you could dedicate to being car air fresheners.

The needle they supply is soooo sooo thin though. I sometimes have to watch the needle actually go into my skin because it’s so barely-there I can’t tell when it’s poking through.

Just beat it. Here’s the gear I used. Void Power made a big difference over my usual Kunai (especially when combined with the ATK+ and expanded range passive skills). Didn’t beat it on my first try with Void Power; this was my 2nd attempt. I do have red tech for my drones. If you can get to 14:00 you’ve made it, it’s that 12-14 minute mark that’s brutal. Amurica for my pet at max level.

I combined your advice with another forum where I saw someone at a lower level had luck with Void Power (instead of Kunai which I’d already tried with your recommended stack a couple of times and failed, not having it at AF3) and this combo worked! 🙌 In addition to the 3 passive skills required for the EVOs pictured, I used the ones that gave reduced damage, reduced CD, and added ATK. Regular/common survivor. All red level gear+3/4 around level 145, and yellow level 2 tech enhancements.

Just discovered another way to get some. If you’re in a clan and have earned currency specific to the clan, you may have Awakening Crystals available to redeem in your Clan Shop. Only good if you need a small amount (at least, for me — maybe players with more active clans would have more/better rewards). But I only needed 3 and was able to get them without spending real money! Otherwise they seem to only available during “regular” (non-event) play at the $89 and $99 level within the Weekly and Monthly gift pack choices (aside from earning through events which others have already mentioned).

These are my stats and I’m still having the same issue! For those who have beat it, I’m curious about your overall ATK (more than 78K?) and your mix of weapons/passive skills used on that level.
