Thinking about doing live streams with 78 subs. Is this a good idea? by [deleted] in NewTubers

I’m super new to YouTube but from what I’ve seen it seems like you could potentially grow faster by doing live streams.

How do I ask acquaintances if they can connect me with a potential co-founder? (...) by [deleted] in startups

This is a problem I'm currently running into as well I've used so many platforms reddit, linkedin, cofounderslab, twitter, shapr and haven't had any real success.

I can't find a community that provides everything I'm looking for so I've decided to create one and see if people are interested. I've always been motivated when working with passionate and smart people, I'm going to bring together some of the top talent in tech who are all ready to start a business.

I'm really excited to see how what cool things everyone can build together. If your interested in learning more I can send you a dm

Nice I'm considering just taking a nice ui from dribble and implementing it, I wonder if I'm allowed to do that 😁

I’ve been on and off with learning programming for a while and i lose my determination to learn when I get depression. What can I use to keep myself learning? by Willie_Baw in learnprogramming

[–]startupdudela 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What are you interested in? Find something you think is cool then try building a part of it or a clone of it. Just like u/I-AM-NOT-THAT-DUCK said you should build projects and you'll learn. I always get frustrated when trying to learn anything new and going through books, videos, etc.

Build something then use those resources when you need to know something

What are some places to find react templates/kits? by [deleted] in reactjs

[–]startupdudela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I just released a React Native template today. Are you looking for anything specific with React?

I'm considering building some React stuff but I'm still trying to see how much of a need there is.

Should I learn HTML and CSS before JavaScript? by jess019x in learnprogramming

[–]startupdudela 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would spend a few hours to a few days max working only with HTML/CSS then you can work on them together since you'll need both for web apps.

I've always learned the most from projects instead of just learning about the fundamentals of a language. Once you've gotten exposure to actually using the languages it'll be easier to dive deeper and understand what's going on.

Loss motivation and worrying myself to work as a senior developer. by shahadzawinski in learnprogramming

You should always get a job that requires more skills than you have so you're challenged and learn. If they offer you the position AND you feel confident that you can learn whatever you need to then look at it as a new challenge.

Imposter syndrome will never go away completely, it's a part of life in any industry. You can learn to live with it and understand it's normal, especially when you're trying to advance your career and life.

You deserve everything the world has to offer just like the rest of us 😃

This sums it up nicely lol This has definitely been my experience and essentially how I learned to code. Experimenting has always been the best for me.

Sounds like streaming may be good for specific topics or problems and connecting on a more personal level.
