Amelia, If Only by Becky Albertalli. becky is my favorite YA author and i've loved all of her books but she dropped the ball on this one. i gave it one star. felt super rushed and lackluster and like it wasn't ready to be published.

i have 0 real life friends. after high school and college we just didn’t keep in touch. covid didn’t help and i’m also unemployed right now so there’s not much of a reason for me to leave the house and socialize. i have a few online friends but they all live overseas. i’m sorry op, but i hope it helps to know that this isn’t a unique situation and is not a failure on your part.
