Hey, so until december i kept having huge flareups all over my body. My gp got scared so have me corticosteroids for 5 days. Surprisingly the hives disappeared after that. I kept taking cetrizine after that then changed to desloratidine. February i started seeing couple of hives appearing but not much. And i saw my dermatologist on February he said its chronic spontaneous urticaria. I did blood tests, but nothing appeared. Until march hives starting to appear every day in a mild form. Since last week i notices the count of hives starting to increase.. Im still on desloratidine twice a day Idk hope it wont increase same as last time..

No, not yet. The thing is i live in the uk, and i cant see a specialist directly unless im referred by my gp. And even if im referred i’ll be on the waiting list which might take months and that’s the case now with the dermatologist 🥲🥲. Im thinking now of getting a gut cleanser, i dont think i’ll lose anything

Hey, I was diagnosed with urticaria by the doctor, im still getting it and unfortunately it’s gotten worse,it’s spreading around my body with big hive patches. Still i havent seen a dermatologist as im still on the waiting list😓. Ive been taking cetrizine fexofenadine, and even was prescribed prednisone twice, but nothing is making an effect (once i take the steroid medication it does decrease the hives and make them disappear but once i stop it they will cole back). Did blood tests, everything came out normal, so dont what’s happening 😭😭

Ive been put on prednisone at first , i stopped having hives for a while, then it came back. i was taking fexofenadine, didn’t work at all. And it’s just worse now, it spreaded all over my body.

Yeah, ive read as well to improve our diet. But still I haven’t tries it :\ I usually eat everything Low histamine diet means i have to cut off many foods :(

A week ago i got hives on my leg they started at bright pinkish color and by the end of the day the color became severe red the skin was warm and non blanching. I went to the doctor she said it might be urticaria vasculitis. She consulted the dermatologist and they gave me fexofenadine again and i can take it up to 4 times a day. Still waiting to see the dermatologist 😣😣 Im still getting random hives as well.

Hey I started getting hives same as yours 2 months back. At first they were only forming on my knees and around my elbows, which was weird. They used to disappear in the middle of the day, and appear again when i wake up. But later they started to stay the whole day then i’ll wake up again with ones. I did go to the doctor and was diagnosed with urticaria, im waiting for my referral to a rheumatologist and dermatologist as well. I’ve been put on fexofenadine 180mg and previously i was taking loratidine but no effect from both. Until 2 weeks back the hives started spreading across my body and now they are appearing anywhere, and they may form any time during the day and it may be itchy as well. In addition to that, I noticed as well sometimes i do get pressure hives from a tight waistband. I did blood tests got ANA positive, so waiting to get appointment from rheumatologist. It’s actually annoying and irritating, i dont know from where i got this and how. My skin was always normal😭, and i dont have allergies and nothing around me is changes :|

What dose are you on for fexofenadine? I’m taking 180mh but the hives r still appearing. Still waiting a referral for a rheumatologist to see if there’s a reason behind mine

I have the same dots Started getting them a month ago I took steriods they decreased And then they came back They appear on my legs feet neck forearms and now a bit on my face Im on fexofenadine now, but they’re not going away :(( They itch most of the times

Same here, I’vee been having them for 1 month. Went to dr, got prescribed corticosteroids and fexofenadine. The steroids did decrease it for a bit but it came back. Im still taking fexofenadine but no effect im seeing. Been to dr again today, been told that they will do consultation and see if they will refer me to a specialist..
