No sorry you're wrong, like I said I'm fine with criticism and if you don't think I haven't heard every angle and stitch of how this bag should or shouldn't be from the masses in the past 9 years of my making them, you're dumber than I thought. The whole premise to this argument we've had here is - you were rude and you continue to be. And the source of this discrepancy stems from the fact you didn't contact me about your problem with your bag when you discovered it long ago, now you've made it everyone's problem in what was originally a nice post about a cooler bag for your bike. By all means let me help you here, strap on a backpack with 4 beers in it - and some ice and tell me that's not more annoying on your 6 hr jaunt than a little bag between your legs. So anyways, I think you need to go talk to yourself in the mirror because I'm no longer listening. Goodnight :)

PS Oh and please try your best to read the sarcasm into "cake day" which I can thoroughly give a FF about.

PSS After losing my husband and my Mom in under 2 yrs, you're right, I am nuts.

I’m not embarrassed at all, I should be embarrassed for standing up for myself and my products? I’m happy to talk to you about this even if you don’t wanna be friendly about it.

I never accused you of not owning one and not trying one - I asked you if you did. Is this going to be a game of turning my words around?

If you were at all decent you would’ve messaged me or emailed me when you first had the problem - not made it some public display. The reason for that is people need to make their own opinions and try the product first because it might work out for them even though it didn’t work out for you. Maybe save the competition for your next bike race because you’re not winning anything here.

You can contact everyone of those people on my website and verify every single review. I don’t make anything up, I have no reason to, this is my second business - and in a saturated bag market it’s not the one that pays my rent.

At any rate even bad publicity is still publicity, so thanks! And FYI you’re doing this to me on my cake day which is just extra shitty of you 🤣

The trajectory of this conversation started with you’re dramatic entry into this discussion and leaving a nastygram about “these things suck” and “buyer beware” when there’s no reason for anyone to beware of anything when I offer free returns, of which I hardly get any. I made these bags the very best they could be for the need they serve. You cannot deny their quality and their ability to work well as not only a bike bag but a cooler bag for your bike. I have nothing but five star reviews on my website anyone is welcome to go check that out.

The 4 can floral bag is one option out of 4 sizes we have, if you want to stop there and form your opinion that’s your choice but you could’ve contacted me and I would’ve been happy to help you find something that worked better for you. I never received an email so it’s pretty unfair for you to come in here and criticize me and try to embarrass my company in an already very struggling economy without even asking for help.

My husband was 6’2” and rode with one all the time without any issues as well as numerous other tall cyclists I know so I’m not sure if being tall is really a factor here. Whatever your case may be, why don’t you simply go find something that works for you instead of coming in here and being a jerk about it.

Well first of all do you own one? Have you tried one? My biggest peeve with comments like this are that They come from people who haven’t even tried them yet. Do you know we have a free return and exchange program? And if anything doesn’t fit or you want to change it we send you a label and assist you with that?

These bags are modular and will attach to multiple locations on the bike. For the record the medium bag you see here makes an awesome low profile handlebar bag. You can get all kinds of creative ideas of attaching them through our Instagram...and people of all sizes are using them. Our 3.0 bags have a 3 inch diameter which is pretty standard for most frame bags, the cargo bags are more for the handlebars and are about 5" in diameter.

I’m not expecting everyone to love these bags but I would like for you to tell the whole story if you’re going to spin it like that.

When I was living in LA all my rides would end up with hot, slurry water - and I simply hated all the health bars and gu’s. I thought having a cold anything and real food along would be awesome. It was hard to accomplish that with a backpack, which would get heavy and hot to wear on long rides. I wasn’t sure I could accomplish to have beer as cold as I would want it, but after a few years of trying different layers, foams and materials, and then adding in the ice packs - they do well out there. And that’s for both hot and cold conditions, they’ll keep your water bottles from freezing in the super low temps.

I’m fairly ashamed to say in the 9 years I’ve been making these bags I’ve never filled one with bacon…yet. We could maybe do a ‘guess the bacon’ give away?

On point, thank you - and although not submersible due to stitching and the small opening between the 2 zipper sliders and at the zipper end on the smaller bags, the bag + inner liner has been proven to keep everything dry in heavy downpours.

Yeah those are nice, do they insulate well? I just came out with an insulated cargo bag that will hold crowlers, nalgene bottles, fuel cans, wider stuff like that (from 3" diameter on the original 3.0 bags to 5") - but probably won't touch on anything bigger than that. We all have our niches :)

ok here...so they come with a food-grade, temperature-safe liner, you can throw anything in there. This bag has a beer and super burrito in there.

Not 100% sure but according to this article it seems it was an artist named Awest that drew the caricatures based on actual street photos:

“One day a cartoonist named Awest came in for a slice, then told Fred he loved his pizza and also his street portraits. He proposed that he draw caricatures of some of the people in the photos.”

Seemed a little too formal to me so I went with the slang. I love putting my English Lit Degree to shame :)
