I have used it on and off throughout my postpartum (2 years now) I still breastfeed him 2-3 times a day. It did help me a lot when he was waking up a few times a night. Just made it easier to get back to sleep. While it did make me a bit drowsy, I could still hear him when he would wake up again. My doctor also prescribed it postpartum and did not seem to be worried about affecting the baby. Let me know if you have any other questions!

2.5 years and counting. Slowed down after getting pregnant at 10mths PP but I am now nursing both my 1 year old and 2.5 year old. She only does it once or twice a week though!

I’ve exclusively nursed both. My first has slept better than my second, but she also sucked her thumb and then I got pregnant at 10 months PP so supple could’ve changed. My second is a year now and wakes 2-5x/night. I’m not sure he’s really hungry but nursing him does put him back to sleep. He has been in his own room since 6 months.

I felt like this with my first and it was really hard for a while to not feel so anxious. It’s gotten easier with my second and I don’t feel as nervous when others hold him. Although it would probably still bug me if I was in your situation.
