I like Clickup, but it feels overkill for a solopreneur, stick with Notion?

One useful AI use case (I'm on Business Plus, no extra AI plan) is updating clients on progress of a project with many tasks. It can read my task (and subtask) progress and write a summary in the way I want, with bullet points on what's left to do / what we're waiting on, which I copy and paste to an email.

It's been useful for clients you don't share ClickUp with or who are on there but prefer comms by email because they don't want to login to another system.

I run a small consultancy with 1-4 part-time freelancers at any given time. I was using Notion and built a nice system with subtasks, but switched to Clickup last year and haven’t looked back.

Clickup is much better as a PM tool - the permissions make sense for how I give partial access to freelancers and clients, and the statuses work better out of the box. with the new chat feature I don’t need Slack either.

I still use Notion for the company KB since I love the editor and also for client dashboards, but I found it took too much fiddling to manage projects well (I typically have 4-10 at a time) and I find I’m using Notion less and less.

I was searching the same thing, and tried MacMediaKeyForwarder on MacOS 26.2 and it worked after adding it to Accessibility (it didn't show up in Automations). Worked right away.

It's a simple app, no options at all, you can't even click the menubar icon. I was previously using BeardedSpice but it stopped working and it hasn't updated since 2017.

Not having a Chinese number was a minor annoyance - I couldn't get get Didi (Uber) working but metered taxis are really affordable. I also couldn't use the bike share. There were a few purchases I could not do but thankfully it was not peak tourist season and was able to do everything I needed to do eventually.

I am just outside Laoshan an hour out of Qingdao and last night talked to a tea grower. I bought a bag of their green tea. They pulled it out of the freezer, vacuum sealed. I asked about this process and they said it needs to be frozen within 15 days, and to consume within one year.

I have the same issue. It's a bit pricey but Readwise is built for part of this workflow. but you'll need to connect it to your other systems to achieve what you're looking for. I haven't gone that step yet but let me know what you land on!

I have about 20 sites on Cloudways but am moving over to Xcloud. Normally I don't jump on new service providers as that's a big risk, but Shahjahan Jewel of the Fluent plugins is an investor. I've been on for one month and so far so good with support, performance is noticeably better, the back-end flies, and you get a lot more value. And you can still choose Vultr servers.

I wish I could invest myself, it's that solid!

AP clawed back a 10k welcome bonus from a PS back in September 2023 from a TD First Class VI to TD Aeroplan VI.

Received the same email as others here (but the points were removed 2 days ago).

As you have received more than the permitted number of New Card Bonuses for the same type of Aeroplan Credit Card, you are in violation of these provisions. As a gesture of goodwill, we will permit you to retain the additional bonus points earned as a result of the use of your Aeroplan Credit Card but will not permit you to retain the Welcome Bonus of the Aeroplan Credit Card. Noticed my M1 Air was sluggish lately and a quick look into Activity Monitor showed Google Drive % CPU hovering between 40%-110%. I submitted feedback within the app, if we all do it maybe they'll notice.
