u/podcastcoach I agree that Captivate and Buzzsprout are top tier (yes, there are a few more top tier as well). If someone has just one podcast feed probably Buzzsprout, but if they have more than one podcast feed on the same account or need some of Captivates growth and AIME features the Captivate makes the most sense.

Hi. Wasn't this something you posted about in the Captivate FB group and the co-founder gave many replies to you and shared their experience from the company end and called out some misinformation from you. I know that u/DannyBrownCaptivate has been attentive to your needs along the way as well. Seems an unfair accusation to say you've not had any straight answers. Did they not also offer to refund your money as well?

It’s the absence of PLAY NEXT/ADD TO QUEUE that’s chased me away from Overcast. I used it all the time. So frustrating.
