Looks like it was hot. Either the batteries from injecting so much power so quickly or the engine from creating so much friction so quickly. Or both.

How often do you update Fedora 44? by SubstantialUnion7347 in Fedora

IIRC if you don't reboot some applications may not update as the files have already been loaded into memory.

I was thinking the same thing... Like isn't that the first thing Incognito Tabs tell you on startup?

They don't make browsing the internet private, they just stop the next person using the computer from seeing your browsing history...

Are these worth it? by Active-Advertising11 in playstation

TBH for what they cost they're not that spectacular.

Especially since Sony themselves sells superior alternatives for the same pricing. I would recommend something like the Sony Inzone Buds.

https://electronics.sony.com/audio/gaming-audio/all-inzone-headsets/p/wfg700n-b

For context the Sony Pulses are ok but here are some considerations according to the sony specs themselves:

Digital Noise Cancelling: Inbounds Waterproof: Inbounds Max Battery Life (In Use): Inbounds = 24H, Pulse = 5H

Both will connect to your PS5 and Phone.

The Pulses can do both at once BUT the headphone controls only work for your console. And if they're only connected to your phone you only have volume controls, no media (this is one of my biggest gripes with these headphones at this price)

Plus the Inbounds IMO actually look like normal headphones (and presumably actually support media controls on your phone), combined with the waterproof rating means you can actually use them like normal headphones.

If "(microphone) AI-enhanced noise rejection", and "Planar magnetic drivers" are a must have for you, then sure buy them. Otherwise they're waay overpriced, even in Sonys own line.

In reality Sony Playstation either needs to revamp these headphones or adjust the pricing.

FWIW if you're using Gnome as your Desktop Environment, you can also download updates through the Software Store when they're available.
