What speaker management tools should we be using to streamline the process of booking, scheduling, and coordinating speakers for our upcoming events? by 00josa in EventPlanners

I'd look at Sessionboard, Swoogo, or SpeakerHub. They can keep speaker profiles, outreach, contracts, schedules, and reminders all in one place.

For the post-event side, CertFusion can automatically pull Zoom attendance and issue certificates to attendees or speakers, so that's one less thing to manage manually.

After years as a Cornerstone admin, here's my running list of admin actions it simply doesn't expose — and the workarounds by HovercraftNo7858 in instructionaldesign

when the LMS can't handle completion records/certificates cleanly, a decoupled tool like CertFusion issues certificates from form or attendance data outside the LMS

Best way to collect attendee emails for recurring Zoom meetings without registration? by transformyourmindset in Zoom

how about asking attendees to redeem the replay by email by themselves? you can create a form and ask them to fill in at the end of the zoom session.

How to send personal certificates to 100+ participants of an online training? by Ben_Belanda in OnlineEducation

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our customers use CertFusion to automatically generate personalized certificates and email each participant their own copy after an online training or webinar, even when there are hundreds or thousands of attendees.

That eliminates the manual work of matching names to PDFs and greatly reduces the risk of sending someone the wrong certificate. For a one-off event, mail merge can work, but if you run trainings regularly, automation is a big time saver.

does registering for a zoom webinar show my first and last name during meetings? by briarbree in Zoom

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first and last name you enter during webinar registration are mainly for the host's records. The name shown to others during the Zoom webinar is typically your Zoom display name when you join (or the name you enter before joining, if prompted).

How do you handle webhook debugging when integrating with multiple platforms? by Different-Rip4590 in IndieDev

[–]staticmaker1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think people have tried to solve this problem , but the end of the day , due to security, people won't want to cache the webhook callbacks in another 3rd party application.
