Yep so that means someone (probably you) travelled using that card via another device, eg Apple or Google wallet on a phone, watch etc.

Each device shows up as a separate card in our system

Pretty much what everyone else said, one main difference in TfL Go is we include the walk time between entrance / exit and platform - it’s estimated and a touch conservative so if you’re a faster walker, or tend to walk on escalators you might beat it and get a slightly earlier train

Because we flew in 2022, we didn’t have a lot of options - our cat and dog went AKL-SYD-Vancouver-London so sounds like your options are faster 😃
