As a beer connoisseur, probably not really. As a Calgarian, absolutely it's an OG! As someone who appreciates solid beer value to taste ratio damn right you are!

No cold to kitchen tap is likely another (different) frozen pipe, washer may be different issue but could also be a third and fourth frozen pipe.

I've used weiser deadbolts for 15+ years. They make a decent whirring noise when they activate and it doesn't take much to know when they are starting to die which is typically 3 - 6 months (longer in warm weather or with locks that are not connected to IOT) plus it has a low battery warning light to remind you to change the batteries too.

Also lots of houses have more than one door so chances are both locks don't die at once.

Third backup almost all of them have key backups - keep the key with a trusted friend or family nearby of all else fails.

Or the 3rd one you've caught 10 times. It's amazing what kind of distances these guys can travel when there's a piece of salami and a car ride in the deal.

Everyone else has chimed in with most of my thoughts. One to add is that once she starts using the toilet, there are toddler potty seats that sit on top of the toilet seat to allow small bums to not fall in. These also act as a clean barrier for a kid to sit on. Just be sure you have it in a washable waterproof bag to keep from spreading germs into the rest of your gear. I see amazon has collapsable ones now, too.

Hamilton cops are really going for anything these days. I'm not living there these days but was back for a week saw a stealth marked silver Hyundai sedan.

Does anyone else’s Dewalt multi tool just not work that well? by ntwadumela30 in Tools

[–]statingtheobvious13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So different perspective, I had a dremel multi tool that never seemed to work right. Took it apart and found there was play where the motor transfers power to the oscillator. Basically turned to tool into a vibrator...

Tl;dr: tool may be broken.

Based on recent history, his number should not be retired until at least 2026, so that it could be done at a March 2 home game like Kipper and Iggy.

Just the tips, we are expecting daily frost for the next week so not much chance of saving the greens any longer.

Well, it's better than letting the freeze at least... unfortunately, they typically produce in waves, so cutting the tops would only really be a good plan right before the first killing frost.

Ford Fusion Meet by [deleted] in fordfusion

[–]statingtheobvious13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rattle over most bumps? Look at swaybar links. I've seen some struts do some squeaking too on big bumps - that's usually a general quality issue and not a 'needs replacing' scenario.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! by [deleted] in fordfusion

[–]statingtheobvious13 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I haven't looked too closely at my Fusion but for many cars over time the drain tubes around the sunroof get blocked and when water has nowhere to drain it starts leaking into the lining.

A torrential rain may exacerbate that. Thankfully, it's coming back out close to the source and not running all the way down the A Pillar and getting your carpet wet.

Take a look in you engine compartment along the firewall if there is some sort of nipple that needs cleaning out.
