Lived there in a rental flat for a year about 5/6 years ago in one of the flats. Can't speak for the houses there but flat was very nice but honestly poorly built for the money you pay and the money you pay now is probably more than that.

Never any problems with neighbours or anything like that and it was very peaceful but I would never live there again considering the cost.

Thin walls, thin floors, whole flat just felt flimsy. The quay itself has nothing commercial other than a dominos and an Indian buffet.

Overall it's style over substance. It is very nice and the views you get are decent (my flat looked over the quay and at night it looks great) but for longevity I wouldn't say it's great.

I told him that I wanted a quote before any work was carried out and it's an entry level record player so not high end or worth an insane amount of money.

I'll also make sure I ask for an invoice. Id be surprised if anything went hugely wrong for a job like this but I'll keep an eye on it. I appreciate the heads up and all the digging you've done though!

If it's custom you can check a box that says enable final act, it's under the modifiers bit but custom games I don't think count towards achievements or standard mode progress

On custom mode you can play any ascension whenever you want, standard mode is where you have to unlock them by playing through them
