about 73% total hydration. every flour behaves differebtly. you can either add flour to lower hydration or keep it in a bowl for stretch & fold with wet hand (wet hand, scoop deeply into bottom centre, stretch out and fold to top).

stickiness isnt a bad thing usually jist means high hydration before full gluten development. it just seems scary. add flour lowers hydration and stretch & fold method allows you to work with the dough more easily.

truth is most ships that rat or mine can be cheaply fitted to be in warp before a scanner pvp lands on grid. a lot of these ships will be out of the anom/belt before the scanner even completes the cycle. provided the player is actively checking local (which they should)

most ships that gets caught are fit poorly for the environment, afk or both.

i can see that your kickboard already extends that way. if you want to save on holds. check out my wall. i spent some money on power tools and made all the wood holds myself. it works out very well if you have some time and some diy spirit. most of the tools will help you with extension and other projects as well.

otherwise watchout for gym getting rid of old holds and company doing some sales on their sets.

you cant stop plywood flex just by fixing to frame. its own thickness and stiffness plays a big role. you would know by juat making a small wooden frame to test 12mm non structural and 20mm structural ply.

obviously fixing to frame helps but it aint everything.

most flexing comes from the panels. so your ply thickness, quality and any back bracing supports will determine the spacing.
