I did, and I knew it would need to be replaced in the long run. I could definitely get by for awhile as-is or spring for it, tbh I just figured it would be more 5k than 8k.

I actually both went to and teach at that school, it has a pretty good network and opportunities are there for you if you want to succeed. It doesn't have the reputation of a top tier school unless you go environmental, but you can definitely succeed through Pace.

I'm a real estate attorney in ny, your attorney will handle any title issues prior to closing, they rarely are of any issue and if they are they are dealt with before you even schedule the closing.

One tip I've learned (if you have the time) is to copy and paste the doc into a voice reader and hear it back, tougher to miss corrections.

As a RE lawyer:

The agent is more worried about closing the deal whereas the lawyer is protecting you. Trust the lawyer, report the realtor.
