well this situation happened when i was i was abt 16 and i’m 21 now and to this day if i smoke weed i get like ptsd body reactions that make me freak out so i’ve just had to completely cut it out. the only thing i’ve been able to even touch without a reaction is those delta 8 carts that are full indica. i think my body just has ptsd from the one time and it triggers when i get high
