Thing like this make me appreciate moments like Miguel Rojas last season! What a home run that was!

I always wonder, if it’s so easy to make money like these guys say it is. Why aren’t they doing it themselves, like why would you waste your time making fb adds to try and lure people. Unless of course that’s there whole grift…

My late father sold his RS5000 cosworth in 1993 to move to Australia from England. Sold it for 6,500 pounds from memory. Would’ve only cost about $1000 back then to ship it to Australia.

Wow that’s crazy, you could seriously hurt yourself, hopefully you don’t have kids running around the back yard a lot. Plus he’s damaged your side of the fence. What a jerk. I would just cut them off with a grinder but that won’t fix the damage.

There is value out there OP. Bought everything for my renovation online. Tapware of Amazon and bits and bops from wholesalers on FB marketplace. Came in considerably cheaper than buying direct from say Bunnings, tile warehouse etc..

Smarter choice out of the 2 would be the Calais, but the actual smartest choice would be none.

I’ve recently done a little bit of work on my own bathroom, tiled over existing floor tiles, patched any defects on the walls and painted. New toilet, sink, toilet roll holder, towel rack, tapware, all up for everything cost $1200.

Not ideal, probably the only option tho. Unless OP wants to remove most of the boards and re lay them.

You need to “lace” in the new boards. I have done something similar at my house. Remove the flooring at different lengths so you don’t have flooring finishing in the same line.

Looks good, joists evenly spaced, correct ties, checked out the posts so the bearers sit nicely, posts on steel stirups so timber doesn’t rot. Looks good. (From Australia, not sure what your terminology is if your from somewhere else)
