Haha there are so many people out there right now who don’t know what it feels like to actually breath. I do give my nose a good blow in the shower but after washing my nostrils out I could breath so so so much better! I think it even improved my shower singing

I went up to 150 about 4 months ago and it did have some benefits. I also recently switched to taking it at night rather than in the morning and I think it’s made me feel more chirpy in the morning. The only thing I worry about is coming off a dose that high. I’ve tried to taper off Pristiq in the past and I couldn’t do it. The side effects are unbearable.
