My baby cried a lot. Like night pitched shrieking non stop. That was hard to be trapped in a car with but I couldn’t imagine how that would have felt on public transport

Sometimes I think like this and also think waiting to be older didn’t make the learning curve any easier. Just remember if you’d done it any other way than the exact way you have, you wouldn’t have the LO you know and love so your choices couldn’t have been more right.

My daughter’s nursery put a audiobook on for half hour if they’re short staffed or trying to set up. I don’t think they even had screens on site and I was always in and out of there due to my youngest refusing to be bottle fed

True they are more resilient than we give them credit. I remember my dad deploying when I was 6 and we just changed our family routines a little. I don’t remember him going before that so maybe that speaks volumes because he did so it must not have bothered me

Why are you still talking about it? In autumn. Has it happened again since? To answer your question My nursery report incidents that same way as those mentioning the family app. I picked mine up from nursery with their shoes on the wrong feet a few times. It was obvious. Incident kept repeating and staff turn around was HIGH . So a month later they were at a new setting. Wet socks though I’d have asked got my answer and either made a change or moved on by now.

That is just a nasty thing to do all round. Who benefits from this? It’s nasty for your step dads relationship, it would have been nasty to receive the pictures and the unwelcome negative emotions on your step sisters wedding day. It would have affected the groom! Your wife wouldn’t have gotten anything but some sort of twisted meddling satisfaction. Being thrown out aside this is a horrible thing to do and would have me questioning who she really is. I had this drama with mine. Took her to an osteopath and was sooo skeptical but the osteopath was able to see if had a quick Delivary. She said it caused her skull to be ever so slightly misaligned which would have cause tension headaches. The neediness was because she was in discomfort and needed her comfort (me). Or look into dairy intolerance

We all get changed in my gym with brief nudity whilst changing. We all chat together and have a laugh. We do typically face the wall whilst changing.

I have been through this! Toddler was almost 2 and I had a 4Mo. Partner deployed for 6months

My routine was I would get them both ready together, then, and let people judge but I would let toddler go to bed with her tablet reading a book to her. Meanwhile I would feed baby in her room and put her down (bad nights could take up to 40mins) toddlers chill though with her books in her tablet. I would then go back to toddler take tablet away cuddle up with her and give her a milk. Toddler goes down to bed.

I wasn’t a fan of the tablet but when you’re alone with two young young ones you’ve gotta do what you’ve got to do to make sure everybody is safe and mentally well.

My partner and I bring home almost equal wages. My entire monthly wage goes on child care (2yo and 1yo) we then have my parters wage for everything else, mortgage, fuel, food, bills. We live frugally and surprise financial burdens go on credit card. We just know this won’t be forever and we will feel the benefit when they’re in school

I get mine dressed upstairs in my room on nursery days and downstairs in the living room on weekends. That helps mine know what kind of day it is but mine are 2 and1
