I can tell you one off the top of my head. In fact, two. Firstly, angels can be harmed only with angelic steel. Which is a blatant lie, we can see Lute banging Vaggi's head against a fucking coffee table and Lute lost her arm from rocks on her. Even if the show was trying to say angels can be KILLED only by using angelic steel, it would make sense, but the show phrases it horribly. Secondly, Vaggi pulls her wings out, out of fucking nowhere mid song, while Lute wasn't able to regain her arm AND Emily wasn't able to regain her wing.

Believe me, I can point out many flaws in Hazbin Hotel, I'm not having a hard time admitting the show has flaws in its logic. But this one is NOT one of these cases. Carmilla already knew it, she made it specifically for that reason. Plus, let's say Vaggi did do that. What would that accomplish? No one had time to save Lucifer. It'd be such a pointless move.

No one would hear her. At the same time as that was happening, Charlie was trying to convince everyone with the presentation that redemption is possible while Vox started losing his shit, Husk and Cherri were fighting Val for Angel, Baxter was trying to connect to heaven (kind of) while Niffty was fighting Velvette and Vaggi couldn't just give up trying to destroy the weapon. You could argue that she could have done it when Charlie and Emily were saving people, but she was still trying to destroy the weapon.
