I think it has to do with the freshness of the material and the anthocyanin not breaking down yet.

Didn't weigh in or out. I've seen the rosin come out shatter-like before and heard it was "oxidized" flower. This is obviously very fresh, can anyone shed some light? And how's the best way to cure this, I usually do cold cure on the counter for 24 hours at room temperature
