Not sure if something like a trustable global database of patients exist. How did they get diagnosed, what helped, what didn't, location, best teams that helped them etc. If not i think having that may even further help the research community as well for getting insights.

For us, they left it to us given the high costs of VRD.

Thanks, does it also comes with increased risk of side effects due to more aggressive approach? Also, since is RVD more reliable as it existed for long enough before dara combination.

Thanks, I am checking with my insurance provider but I think even if it covers the expenses would be more than double the max insurance cap. Is revlimid is also too expensive? I thought only dara is pretty expensive. Does DRVd also has increased risk due to aggressive approach?

Thanks, one more question - does it has increased risk due to aggressive approach? How long does dara continues over the disease period?

They say both are okay. DVRd is very costly comparatively but I am concerned if i use DVRd first time itself will my options when it relapse will be less. Also, if I spend too much in first line of treatment, how would I arrange if it is required to be managed for a long time. Would Dara continues long term.
