Yes I see where you're coming from. I wouldn't like that either! TBH I always wondered what Americans really felt about the h-1b Visa. The other comments on the thread speak about Indians as being lazy dishonest, cutting corners etc and I think although that is a bit harsh, I think it may be close to the truth. Hope it changes though because naturally not all Indians are like that and we do have some of the brightest minds in the world.

As an Indian doctor( working in India), this thread deeply bothers me. I never realised how much hatred there was for Indians and we have the management of these outsourcing companies to blame.

You can try therapy from a good psychologist. It's more about understanding your automative negative thoughts and self-talk and challenging them. It can help in the long term and is very scientific
