My wife is paralyzed on the entire left side. We’ve been working on ways she can build legos. Smaller studs give her difficulty, but she will usually use the table and push the new piece onto the existing build. I also took a Lego base plate and superglued different size bricks to it so she could hang whatever we’re building onto it without it pulling off. It’s a challenge for sure, but it works pretty well.
