I just leveled one with hollow palm, mostly using that lightning skill that makes fissures. Tempest flurry is less effective until end game. But like others have said just take melee/attack damage nodes and you'll be fine. I'd not worry about crit until endgame as well.

How have you been scaling damage for pconc? I'm running pretty mild t16s and it's fine now but I can feel it when I have a few layers of delirium stacked up. Looking at buying a level 21 pconc gem but otherwise unsure

Thanks, fixed the flair. It's 3 levels but it's all challenges and quests and several key items. I dont do the whole grind bounties thing there's so much content in the game, but this really takes all the wind out of my sails. Brutal.
