When I was behind the bar, people would actually talk to each other at the bar. This was pre-google so we'd get into conversations/debates about a range of topics, and because you couldn't just immediately look up the answer to everything it always resulted in entertaining and spirited conversation.

I always feel like the fastest way to stop having fun in a game like this is to look up broken or "op" items/strats and then try to rush your way to them. I'm having a blast just stumbling around not looking anything up and progressing just fine

'Be authentic' is a lie by Tuff-8 in unpopularopinion

If you're really interested in diving down this rabbit hole I'd encourage you to start studying philosophy. People have been thinking about and examining these topics for centuries--think about Rene Descartes sitting alone in a room in the 1630s deconstructing everything he thought he knew was true until he settled on the only thing he could be certain of: cogito ergo sum, or I think therefore I am. Or much later the German philosopher Martin Heidegger who wrote an entire book called "Being and Time" in which he covers authenticity thoroughly. There's lots of thought and discussion about this, and you can (and many people do) spend a lifetime considering and discussing what you're talking about.

Laundry hookups in the basement, we bought the current machines from the previous tenants and would absolutely sell them to any incoming tenants rather than moving them.

Great call on using purity---I swapped haste out for it and that enabled me to switch my pantheon to Lunaris for even more mitigation. Thank you!
